Hello,
Welcome to the registration site for the 2024 Recognising and Responding to Child Maltreatment Training Course to be held over three days from Wednesday, 26 June to Friday, 28 June 2024 | 9am to 5pm ACST.
Join us for an accredited child protection training course. This three-day workshop will cover key topics to help you to recognise and respond to child maltreatment. You will be given an introduction to the child protection system in South Australia and see a presentation on recognisable injuries. You will also find out more about how to identify sexual abuse, neglect, factitious illness, the effect of childhood trauma, and more. Enhance your knowledge through lectures and case-based discussions. This course is a time-based requirement for both Advanced Training in General Paediatrics and Community Child Health.
