RACP SA Member Evening: Division 296 and Your Financial Future | Attendee Registration

Welcome to the registration site for the RACP SA Member Evening: Division 296 and Your Financial Future to be held on Thursday, 1 April 2026 from 6pm to 8pm ACDT at The Lion Hotel, Jerningham Room, 161 Melbourne St, North Adelaide SA 5006

It has just been confirmed that Division 296 will be legislated and commence from 1 July 2026. RACP are hosting an in-person session to help our members understand and prepare for the changes. This session will be beneficial for both those with more than $3 million in super and those who would like to learn more about how the legislation may affect them in the future.

 

Members of the RACP South Australian Committee will also be present before and after the session. This is an opportunity to connect directly with your local Committee representatives, raise issues affecting physicians in South Australia, and share what you would like the College to prioritise on your behalf.


Led by William Buck Wealth Advisory Partner Andrew Barlow, this session will explore the details of the legislation, focusing on the impacts of the additional tax for individuals with super balances exceeding $3 million. This includes practical strategies to manage the tax liability.
